At the Egon Zehnder gala dinner we served a seated 3-course menu for 850 guests. Every dish was Hidden Vegan: Vintage carrot with dashi as a starter. For the main course, portobello mushroom with truffle mash. For dessert, we surprised and delighted our guests with Burning Alaska: Grilled pineapple with coconut ice cream. Beforehand of course, our Sustainable Highlight: Sunflower. The Arena Berlin was decorated to match the theme of 1989. Techno, love, sunflower power. 90 service staff in several shifts ensured that everything ran smoothly. The event was carried out together with project manager Janet Sander.
