The new S-Class from Mercedes Benz has set a new standard in excellence for cars. For the market launch in the Berlin branch on Salzufer, we fed 210 exclusive customers various varieties of amuse-bouche, among them wasabi, carabinero prawns and rice as well as spheres of red beet consommé. Afterwards we served two additional courses and a selection of fine desserts. The highlight: "Berlin Cuisine Air," woodruff cream served in glass cylinders.
