On February 28th, brose E-Bike berlin presented their new product at The Drivery location. The 100 guests were treated to revitalizing snacks and our refreshing smoothies during the whole presentation day.
In the evening, we served a Flying Dinner that creatively combined regional ingredients to create surprising international and diverse flavors. The Flying Starters, including the classic Caesar salad and wild herb salad, set the perfect tone for the evening atmosphere. The undisputed highlight of the dinner was the Berliner Currywurst with its spicy curry sauce – as a unique urban food detail. And for a sweet finale, we served our interpretation of Berliner Luft with raspberry and meringue.
