At a seated dinner in the elegant ambiance of the Große Orangerie of Charlottenburg Palace on June 20th, an unforgettable event was created that fused speed and contemporary taste. The presentation of a new luxury sports car, which captured the hearts of all car enthusiasts in seconds, set the perfect rhythm for the evening. For this gala dinner, attended by over 200 guests, it was our task to set the pace.
The kickoff was one of our finger food highlights from our Sustainable Pleasure concept – the roasted sunflower root, served with a flavorful garden herb emulsion and sunflower seed hummus, followed by Arancini Giallo, risotto balls with saffron mayonnaise and pine nuts. The main course, a confit artichoke with fresh parsley emulsion, served in its own shell, and sous-vide cooked Angus beef, reflected elegance and strength. The dessert, inspired by the mastery of Italian patisserie, combined elderflower-marinated berries with raspberry sorbet and the finest champagne.
