Love is in the air! We like to accompany weddings in summer with our fine dining menus. At our partner location, Haubentaucher, a Contemporary 3-course menu for 120 guests was on the agenda. We served our Rocket - Salmon with mint and coconut, Pink Beef with sweet potato puree, grilled broccoli and massama. Our chocolate spuma with pickled cherries and wood sorrel went over great for dessert. And as a midnight snack in the moonlight we served currywurst.
