Manske Rechtsanwälte Steuerberater celebrated their 25th anniversary together with the annual vernissage in the office. The guests, employees and clients were catered by us. As flying food we served beef tartar, tartelette, endive leaf and topinamburchip. We continued with beef, pike perch, risotto and beetroot. For the dessert highlight we brought Dome au chocolat and Yogurt mousse in grapefruit. On top of that: Gin and Juice and Gin Tea Tonic!
