As of 2018 there is a new prize for classical music in Germany – the Opus Klassik. And we were there at the premiere award ceremony in the Konzerthaus Berlin. With our vegetable food station, we led the 1,000 invited guests “back to nature”. We created a huge “mountain” of various vegetables from which our cooks harvested the ingredients for our freshly prepared vegetarian specials – such as young broccoli with nori butter and black salt, burnt leek with miso cream, and crunchy chervil. We are proud to have been part of this successful premiere of the Opus Klassik music prize.
