Cinematic catering performance at the TOBIS Berlinale:
In the style of the spectacular movie industry, our team provided the culinary glamour for the Tobis Film GmbH on the 22th of Feburary. 210 guests enjoyed a blockbuster menu that left nothing to be desired: Thai salad with a choice of salmon or sweet potatoes, and kohlrabi noodles in garden herb pesto with hand cheese foam, creatively served in a hollowed-out kohlrabi. The Pink Beef with truffled celery cream was the star of the evening as a craze for meat lovers. As a special highlight, we presented the smoked Gazpacho al Andaluz on steaming dry ice. The final, sweet scene of this cinema event was our interpretation of Berliner Luft with raspberries and meringue and waffles on a stick as an addition to it.
We proved that good food can be a masterpiece not only on screen, but also at the event.
