This year's 18th German Associations Congress at Telekom's representative office in Berlin was held under the motto "New member expectations - creating added value, strengthening sustainability and greater efficiency through digitization". When it comes to sustainability, Berlin Cuisine is naturally not far away. Creative Director Food Felix gave executives and decision-makers an insight into our sustainable catering and food catalog at the kick-off evening. For 150 guests we served beef tartar, romanesco and our Sustainable Pleasure highlights: sunflower, roasted cauliflower salad served in a golden egg shell and kohlrabi spaghetti with hand cheese foam and herb pesto.
