On June 14, 2023, STATION Berlin opened its doors for the BDEW Congress 2023, an event characterized by discussions and debates around the energy industry. This event was characterized by discussions and inspirational presentations all around the energy industry. BDEW Kongress GmbH created a thought-provoking event that offered a glimpse into the future of the industry and, above all, encouraged high-level networking. Thus, in addition to the inspiring discussions and presentations, the BDEW Congress also offered plenty of time and space for the culinary creativity and expertise of Berlin Cuisine.
And by the way, Berlin Cuisine catered the BDEW Congress for the fifth time in 2023.
Our approach was modern and efficient: the goal was to excite the 1500 guests with premium event catering. Thanks to the competent support of Nina Jensen, our key account manager, and event manager Hannah Beckmann, we managed to put together a first-class team that made the event an unforgettable experience not only during the conference breaks, but throughout the entire two days and at the two evening events. A special highlight were our diverse food stations, some of which were open "all-day" The focaccia station served fresh, fragrant focaccia accompanied by antipasti vegetables or mozzarella with arugula. A touch of France was wafting through the halls of the STATION Berlin thanks to the croissant station. And for lovers of the classic Italian taste, the pizza station was the place to go.
But that was just the beginning: The Asian Salmon brought a touch of the Far East into play, followed by our proudly presented highlight – the Rügen Beef Station from our "FROM NOSE TO TAIL" concept. With a focus on quality and provenance, this impressive GIANT GRILL station ensured lasting sustainable enjoyment.
This congress was further proof of how a well-planned catering concept can enrich an event and intensify the interaction among the guests. We are proud to have been part of this great event again and would like to thank BDEW Kongress GmbH for their trust.
