An incredible evening, a breathtaking venue – the Friedrichstadt-Palast transformed into a place full of inspiration for the awards ceremony of the annual iF DESIGN AWARD. Over 1,400 guests from around the world indulged in a celebration of creativity and elegance. In this unique ambiance, we had the privilege of providing the perfect accompaniment through the evening with our food stations.
Culinarily, the evening began with root vegetables marinated in mustard vinaigrette, accompanied by roasted hazelnuts, a touch of passion fruit gel, and fresh nasturtium. The creamy saffron risotto with Parmesan foam and fresh chervil was a true sensory pleasure. A highlight that left a lasting impression on every guest was the flavorful, confit fjord salmon paired with crisp mustard-braised cucumbers and delicate potatoes. And then, as a grand finale: Death by Chocolate — a harmonious interplay of velvety brownie and fluffy chocolate mousse, crowned with preserved fruits and crispy accents.
