Keeping the Pulse – Swiss Life Asset Managers at Motorwerk Berlin 2025

More than 1,000 guests came together for the Swiss Life Asset Managers event “Keeping the Pulse” at Motorwerk Berlin. Our food concept for this evening: “Culinary elegance meets nose to tail”: We focused on culinary elegance and a special principle in which the whole animal is processed - from the leg to the fillet, from the nose to the tail.

 

A highlight: Braised Beef “El Ninjo” - braised beef from the whole leg, combined with marinated lettuce, crispy chili, fragrant rice and pickled onions. Our Flame Grilled Salmon was served on pak choi, finished with a sweet and spicy jade sauce, fluffy nut butter espuma and aged soju. Plant-based alternatives were provided by Fried Plant Based Meat and Pepper Fried Tofu. The Berlin Beets - roasted and pickled beet - were combined with vegan heavy cream, kaffir lime salsa and beurre noisette. For dessert, there were waffles on a stick - freshly baked waffles on a stick - with toppings such as mango sauce, caramel, chocolate and powdered sugar. We also served the raw cake, an unbaked chocolate slice with vanilla foam and caramel popcorn.
