At STATION Berlin, we had the opportunity to provide culinary support for the Berlin Football Association’s Ready. Set. Future. event, thereby contributing to an initiative that goes far beyond traditional event formats. The focus was on promoting and raising the visibility of girls, women, inter, non-binary, trans, and agender individuals in soccer, as well as fostering dialogue about a more equitable and diverse coaching landscape.
With up to 300 participants from clubs, associations, initiatives, academia, and the active soccer scene, a vibrant space for dialogue, networking, and inspiration emerged. The combination of a professional conference and an active playing area within the venue created seamless transitions between theory and practice, making the event a dynamic meeting place for new perspectives and concrete ideas.
Our catering concept deliberately supported this open approach with an offering that was easily accessible and ideal for casual exchanges. A self-service salad bar, loaded mash with customizable toppings, wedges with various dips, and freshly baked pizza ensured simple, enjoyable dining. To wrap things up, waffle sticks with customizable toppings added a playful touch and invited guests to linger.
