For the Sparkasse Berlin summer party, we transformed Tempodrom Berlin into a culinary world map. Almost 2000 guests experienced container-style indulgence, with show bartenders, soft ice cream and an atmosphere that felt like a street food festival.
Outside: American street food, relaxed beats and real barbecue moments. Inside: Asian flavors, Mediterranean freshness and lots of taste. Our guests traveled from China to Mexico without a boarding pass.
In Beijing, we started with dumplings with chicken or tofu, served with sweet chili sauce or rice vinegar mayo. In Hawaii, the poke bowl with marinated sweet potato, pineapple, kimchi and wasabi cream awaited. Mexico served Lucha Libre from the grill - chili roast with chipotle salsa, guacamole and nachos, also vegan with pulled mushrooms. The highlight came from the grill station: a whole leg of Rügen beef, grilled pink, sliced and accompanied by green asparagus and classic hollandaise. For a sweet finish, there was soft ice cream with various sauces and toppings.
