At the event at SAGE Berlin, culinary highlights were paired with a lively atmosphere, interactive experiences, and plenty of team spirit. Guests were welcomed in the beach area with an aperitif and finger food. The beef tartare served on butter and sourdough bread, as well as the vegan meatballs with Pommery mustard and fresh chervil, provided the first culinary highlights right at the reception.
The food stations continued the experience seamlessly. Chiang Mai Charlottenburg served salami pizza and the vegan Viva Verde pizza with artichokes, colorful honey tomatoes, and plant-based mozzarella. Contemporary Kreuzberg offered chicken and celery kebabs in flatbread, complemented by fresh romaine lettuce, yogurt sauce, and green chili sauce. At Steglitz Standards, the focus was on Königsberger Klopse and their vegan variant, as well as Berlin currywurst and no-currywurst.
The dessert and entertainment stations received special attention. Dragon Breath popcorn was tossed live in liquid nitrogen and rose steaming from the nose when eaten, while the Berlin Späti Station invited guests to individually assemble their favorite fruit gummies, lollipops, and candies.
