On 8 December 2023, the iconic fashion label WRSTBHVR celebrated its Xmas party at the AVUS Tribüne Berlin. Together with the WRSTBHVR team, we created a memorable evening for the 40 invited guests with a set table and a creative 3-course menu.
In a cosy ambience with candlelight, we served our signature dish as a starter: the rocket. Marinated sweet potatoes in a fresh Thai salad, with herbs, cucumber and lemongrass, complemented with a savoury coconut vinaigrette and fresh pomegranate seeds on top. This combination of sweet, sour, salty and spicy provided maximum taste. For the main course, guests could choose between pink roasted beef with potato mille feuille, habanero, carrot and truffle jus and a vegan version of portobello mushroom with marinated black cabbage, oxidised walnuts and truffle mash. A highlight at the end: our Dôme au Chocolat. Chocolate mousse made from Valrhona chocolate served with pickled cherries, white chocolate crumble and honey cress – the perfect sweet finish.
The drinks were also taken care of. From sparkling Crémant de Limoux to classic long drinks such as Dark'n Stormy or Gin Tonic to a shaken Espresso Martini cocktail.
