At the IHK Berlin's annual kick-off, 300 guests encounter a clearly thought-out concept: blue and white furniture and harmonious decoration create a modern atmosphere that gets to the heart of the evening's theme.
At the reception, the food stations impressed with their regionality and seasonality: kaffir lime & panko beet and yellow beet with kaffir lime salsa, sour cream and brown butter panko crunch, boiled veal boiled beef with celeriac cream and horseradish velouté and creamy mashed potatoes with porcini cream and truffles. The Good Life Bowl combined brown rice, gochujang peppers, egg and crunchy cabbage - vegan on request. To finish, a live frosted snow ball of coconut cream with cinnamon plums, complemented by a vegan brownie and lemon cream, was a delight. The Good Life Bowl offers a light, colorful composition of brown rice, gochujang bell pepper dressing, egg and crunchy cabbage - also vegan on request. The dessert surprises with a live frosted Nitro Snow Ball made from coconut cream, refined with cinnamon plums and coconut macaroons. The offer is complemented by our Ultimate Brownie with walnuts and the Lemon Bar with cookie crunch.
