German Heat Conference 2025

Over two days, 550 guests attended the German Heat Conference 2025, which was organized by the Bundesverband der Deutschen Heizungsindustrie at St. Elisabeth Church.

A real highlight was the use of the Berkel machine, which was used to slice the brisket for the burritos wafer-thin and live. A vegan version was available with pulled mushrooms. Outside at the grill, we impressed guests with Thuringian grilled sausage, juicy chicken legs in a fresh lime gremolata, and halloumi skewers with crispy grilled vegetables. Coffee was accompanied by a fruity lemon bar with flamed meringue and layered carrot cake with white chocolate, before the Berlin Späti rounded off the meal with an individual selection of candy.

We would like to thank Marcus Harzem from medien.de for his continued trust and great cooperation in implementing this project.
