On the evening of July 18, 2024, we organized the dinner for Deloitte Consulting's The Next Stage conference at Kraftwerk Rummelsburg. The event kicked off at noon in the Funkhaus Berlin, where various food stations were spread across the entire site and offered a selection of international specialties. Organized by House of Beautiful Business, the evening get-together with 3,500 guests took place as part of the conference.
The extensive grounds and the large number of guests presented particular challenges, which were mastered by our careful planning and coordination. Our key account manager Nina Jensen and our dedicated team ensured that the food and beverage offer was coordinated and distributed smoothly.
The food concept, themed 'Culinary Bazaar', offered a wide range of international dishes: Japanese shibuya bowl made with unagi prawns, edamame, green apple, wasabi peas, wakame and goma sesame dressing; Italian pinsa with various toppings; oriental chicken and mushroom shawarma; and Chinese bao buns with succulent pulled beef or grilled oyster mushrooms. Each food station also offered vegan or vegetarian alternatives, so there was something for every guest.
