Welcome to Berlin - this was our motto for an evening event at Motorwerk Berlin as part of an international congress. We developed a food concept with several stations for around 1,500 guests - as diverse as the capital's culinary offerings, accompanied by our premium service:

We served Berlin Bowls with marinated salmon ceviche or - as a vegetarian alternative - with sweet potato ceviche, combined with pineapple, edamame, sesame, sprouts and wasabi mayo. The burrito station offered variations with pulled beef or no-chicken, each with brown rice, chipotle cream and corn. At the “It's a Mash” station, there was a choice of two types of mashed potato: “Garden All Stars” with parsley emulsion, smoked salsa, sugar snap peas, peas, furikake and chard and “Porcini” with mushroom cream, parmesan sauce, mushrooms, panko, truffle and chives. The Berlin kebab station combined celeriac kebab or braised country chicken with cabbage, tomato, yogurt sauce and green chili sauce - in flatbread or pita bread. The Black Burger Booth complemented the offer with pulled chicken, avocado and chipotle as well as a vegetarian option with roasted cauliflower, tamarind-date cream and coriander salsa. For dessert, we served a plant-based brownie with caramelized walnuts and dark ganache as well as a raspberry mousse with marinated berries.

Our Dragon Breath popcorn created a special effect: frozen live with liquid nitrogen at -196 °C and prepared directly at the station. When eaten, steam visibly escapes from the mouth and nose - just like a dragon. A purely physical effect, completely harmless, but impressive.

Many thanks to Katarina Luketic & Sibel Naric from Cocotte Communications, we are very happy about the cooperation.
