Motorwerk Berlin. Two full festival days. International stylists, artists, creators, brands. And right in the middle: We from Berlin Cuisine. For the Hair by Schwarzkopf Festival, we were responsible for the entire event catering - from breakfast to the finale.

 

The start? Freshly squeezed orange juice, fruity skewers, Greek yogurt with honey & nuts. For lunch and dinner, we focused on variety: our mezze bowls with antipasti, hummus and chickpeas, fluffy dumplings with chicken or tofu, served with sweet chili or Japanese mayo. Plus our PINSA variations - prosciutto & San Marzano tomato or Amalfi lemon with ricotta and rocket. A festival highlight was our “Nordic Mash” - creamy mashed potatoes with pickled salmon, apple, beet, dill and horseradish. For veggies, there was the “Garden All Stars” version with peas, furikake and herbs. To finish: live baked waffles on a stick or our brownie with popcorn topping - sweet, sticky, unforgettable.

 

We also took over the VIP service for personalities such as Chris Appleton, Rankin, Tracey Cunningham and Jacob Schwartz - with a setup that was discreet, high-quality and precisely tailored to the requirements of top international guests.

 

Thanks to Anne Sagel and the agency Vagedes & Schmid GmbH for the great cooperation and trust. Two days full of speed, atmosphere and taste - just our thing.
