When you say Formula E, you don't just mean high voltage on the track, but above all the people who make it possible: drivers, engineers, mechanics, crew members, management, and the CEO—in other words, the teams from all the racing teams who travel around the world all year round to keep this series running.
That's why it was a special task and honor for us to cater to these very people at the 2025 Hankook Berlin E-Prix. Crew catering in the hangar at Tempelhof Airport.
A sustainable, plastic-free concept with uncompromising quality: two large self-service stations with four changing main courses every day, fresh vegetables, regionally inspired classics such as Swabian potato salad and meatballs, a large salad bar, homemade cakes, and desserts from our patisserie. For a quick treat between meals, there was soft ice cream with a wide variety of toppings. With 500 seats, flowers on the tables, and a well-thought-out process, the hangar was transformed into a high-quality, international canteen, as precise as a pit stop.
We also provided exclusive catering for a Racing Lounge, where we served baked artichoke hearts with chickpea cream and salted lemon gremolata, accompanied by the specially created Porsche signature drink “Pussanga Mule.”
