More than 1,600 international participants came together at the Snowflake World Tour at Station Berlin: Snowflake, a leading global provider of data cloud solutions, presented new and efficient AI applications for companies as well as advances in the AI data cloud with this international conference series.
Our food concept was clearly structured: During the day, Contemporary Conferencing took center stage with fresh, fast and healthy products that fill you up and give you energy. In the evening, we focused on Surprise & Excite - with unusual live cooking stations and creative dishes.
At the food stations: Our “Golden Pasta Wheel”, a freshly tossed truffle pasta from a Parmesan loaf; “Farmers Beef” with pink roasted beef, sweet potato puree and massaman jus; “Oven Fish”, a Havel pikeperch with Riesling sauce and sweet and sour Alblinsen. The sweet finish was our “Cozy Waffles” on a stick, refined with mango sauce, caramel sauce, chocolate or powdered sugar, depending on your preference.
A special highlight was the “Dragon Breath” moment: popcorn treated with liquid nitrogen was transformed into interactive experiences. As soon as the guests took a bite, thick fog escaped from their mouths and noses - a dragon effect that caused amazement and quickly became a topic of conversation.
