On 18 July 2024, The Next Stage conference for Deloitte Consulting took place at Funkhaus Berlin, organized by House of Beautiful Business. For 3500 guests, we developed an international food concept under the motto “Culinary Bazaar” for lunch, which was offered at various food stations in the outdoor area.
Our key account manager Nina Jensen was in charge of the extensive coordination of the catering, which covered the spacious area. In addition, the drinks stations had to be distributed across the premises in the Funkhaus and side events on boats, outdoor stages and in the premises had to be organized on time.
The menu took guests on a culinary journey around the world: Buddha bowls with broccoli, red quinoa, sweet potato and roasted almonds, Austrian creamy cheese spaetzle and American burgers, which were served both classically with Pomeranian beef and meatless with a roasted cauliflower patty. This diverse food concept offered something for every taste.
After the impressive lunch at the Funkhaus, the dinner at Kraftwerk Rummelsburg in the evening was the perfect ending. We would like to thank Deloitte Consulting and the House of Beautiful Business for their trust and excellent cooperation. It was a pleasure to provide culinary support for “The Next Stage” conference and to help create an unforgettable experience for the guests.
