Around 280 invited guests from the music industry, politics, culture, and media gathered at Station Berlin for the Artist Celebration Night, where the German Music Industry Association honored outstanding chart successes of 2025. In a festive gala atmosphere, national artists were honored, including Kontra as “Domestic Album of the Year,” Oimara for the most successful single of the year, and Zartmann as “Domestic Newcomer of the Year,” before the evening came to a close with an after-show party that provided an opportunity for networking.
Culinary-wise, the event was all about a vegan fine dining experience. The finger food included a surprising combination of roasted beetroot with blackberry and sour cream, pickled carrots coated in creamy wasabi mayonnaise and puffed rice, and oven-baked celery with apple and truffle cream. Grilled young corn with chicory coffee and garden cress complemented the selection before the set 3-course menu was served at the tables. Burnt leek was paired with miso cream and crispy chervil, while the vegan flank steak was served with wild mushroom cream, grilled herb mushrooms, red chicory, blackberries, and accompanied by a potato mille-feuille. The meal concluded with a mirror-glazed dome au chocolat with pear ragout, roasted hazelnuts, and a hint of basil, whose dark red glaze rounded off the plates both visually and in terms of taste.
