Two days under the motto “New Chapters” - and a culinary concept that was just as diverse as the program: the BdDB Congress at Wilhelm Studios was all about culinary elegance in a relaxed atmosphere.
Whether at our Green Corner with a summery Buddha Bowl, aromatic pinsa with Amalfi lemon or classic Scandinavian Köttbullar - every dish was a statement. The highlights? Clearly our tender braised leg of beef “Beef El Ninjo” and the Rügen beef tortilla with sour cream, corn and a subtle hint of chipotle. The sweet finish included our Ultimate Brownie with walnuts and the BC Raspberry Dream - fruity, light and vegan.
