For the Snowflake World Tour 2025, we took our guests in Berlin on a culinary journey to the mountains. The theme of Alpine hut magic was evident on every plate – from hearty classics to surprising moments.
Our Mountain Buns kicked things off. The Xmas Beef Burger with horseradish mayo, plum jam, and fried onions set the tone for the flavors, while the Portobello Burger with black kale and cranberry mayonnaise took the vegan option to a whole new level. At the same time, the Melted Moments Spätzle provided warming enjoyment, fresh from the Parmesan wheel with chives. Traditional favorites were not to be missed: crispy duck with red cabbage and potato dumplings, as well as the celery steak with Cafe de Paris sauce, gave the dinner its festive depth. At the fish station, the pine-smoked salmon on Waldorf salad with cranberry, horseradish, and trout caviar was a surprise, while the vegan carrot smoked over pine needles added a delicate, smoky accent. The crowning glory was Snowflake Delight – the Nitro Snowball with coconut mousse, pickled cinnamon plums, and crispy coconut macaroons made for sparkling eyes and lasting memories.
