Mulled wine in hand, crackling fire, marshmallows over the embers: a Germany-wide workforce came together for the Christmas party in Berlin - we provided the culinary concept for a real hut magic.
Outside, food stations transformed the event location into a winter market: parsnips with truffles and kale as well as gingerbread waffles on a stick. Inside, hearty specialties awaited: juicy duck burgers with red cabbage and plum, game goulash with spaetzle and winter vegetables as well as marinated root vegetables with hazelnut and apple. To finish, we served the “Nitro Snowball” - cinnamon plum and coconut.
A special highlight: the fireplace where guests roasted their own marshmallows - a moment that perfectly combined culinary delights, winter and experience.
