At IKONO Berlin, immersive spaces met urban catering at the Hogan Lovells Christmas party under the motto “A Night of Wonders.” One hundred guests immersed themselves in extraordinary worlds of experience before the dance floor took over with a DJ and cocktail bar.
The culinary prelude featured small veal meatballs with mustard mayo and a cream of grilled pumpkin with butternut squash and parmesan crunch. In the Betta Fish Lounge, smoked trout on Waldorf salad and a vegan version with smoked carrots and field caviar delighted guests. The Yokocho Station brought freshness to the table with avocado and kaffir lime gimbap, while the Space Lounge served braised beef shoulder with potato gratin. The Nitro Snowball, made with coconut mousse and cinnamon plums, added a sweet touch. No good party is complete without a midnight snack, so we served our Christmas bao burgers with cinnamon and star anise-flambéed duck leg, crisp red cabbage salad, and peanut plum sauce.
A big thank you goes to Tamara and Hogan Lovells for believing in our vision. We would also like to thank IKONO for the unique atmosphere and the great support on site.
