Straightforward automotive design and the relaxed atmosphere of Italy came together at the Mercedes-Benz Berlin branch's Marienfelde Center. Around 100 guests gathered among gleaming car bodies for an evening whose central theme was the exclusive preview of Till Brönner's new album, Italia. Brönner himself was not only the artist of the evening, but also the inspiration for the entire concept. When the first trumpet notes filled the room, an atmosphere was created that perfectly underscored the modern character of the location and bridged the gap between technical precision and cultural sophistication.
The culinary accompaniment brought the southern lifestyle directly to Berlin. Fresh from the oven and ready to be topped, the pinsa bar was the center of attention. Here, guests created their own pinsa with San Marzano tomatoes and pesto Genovese or chose a combination of pulled burrata and Amalfi lemon. Ricotta cream and air-dried ham added subtle accents, while confit artichoke hearts, juicy figs, and colorful honey tomatoes served as a vegan option with crisp arugula on the crunchy dough. For a sweet finale, we served classic tiramisu and panna cotta with fresh raspberries and hazelnut crumble.
Many thanks to Sandro from Mercedes-Benz for his confidence in our concept and the great collaboration. Special thanks go to Till Brönner, whose music made the evening an unforgettable experience for all guests.
