A warm evening, around 400 guests, and a special atmosphere at Maaya. ImmoScout24's summer party was a celebration full of energy, lightheartedness, and culinary diversity. Our Island Vibes BBQ was the centerpiece of the evening. Live-grilled roast beef, whole free-range chickens in a spicy marinade, aromatic hickory pork, and vegetarian highlights such as grilled halloumi or pointed cabbage with salted lemon. For vegan guests, there were creative alternatives such as watermelon steaks, grilled no-bratwurst, and colorful vegetable skewers. Fresh salads, homemade sauces, and crispy bread rounded off the buffet.
Our Cucu Paka, a traditionally inspired chicken curry with rice or chapati, which was also served as a vegan option, was particularly popular. This was accompanied by sweet highlights such as waffles on a stick, soft ice cream with cardamom or salted caramel, and our Berliner Weiße dessert creation with rhubarb and woodruff.
The collaboration with African caterers also made a strong impression, enriching the street food concept and noticeably expanding the diversity of the evening. This mixture of culinary variety, lively atmosphere, and many surprises made the summer party something special.
