When Germany's associations meet to exchange ideas, good food is a must. At the 2025 Association Information Day at the Uber Eats Music Hall, we were responsible for just that. 350 guests, an exciting program, inspiring conversations, and our task of providing culinary accompaniment for the day.
Our food stations were well attended. Whether quesadillas with cheese and jalapeños, homemade burgers with beef or king oyster mushrooms, or Berlin currywurst in classic and vegan versions – every dish was served to perfection and with a touch of capital city flair. Our light and summery watermelon ceviche with caramelized walnuts and our iced lemon filled with sorbet, Amalfi cream, and thyme dressing were particularly popular.
What made the day special for us? The atmosphere. Exciting topics, genuine interest, lots of positive feedback. And the good feeling of being part of an event that brings people together.
