When the design world gathers at the Friedrichstadt-Palast for the iF DESIGN AWARD NIGHT, innovation meets excellence - also in culinary terms. Berlin Cuisine was able to accompany 2000 guests in this special setting with a food concept that conjured up spring on their plates and a smile on their faces.
Our food stations became a lively meeting point. Finely composed dishes such as pink-cooked Simmental beef fillet with green asparagus, country chicken with pea cream or Havel pikeperch with passion fruit beurre blanc whetted the appetite for more. Vegan highlights such as scorched pointed cabbage with potato cream also set fresh accents. To finish: iced Amalfi lemon and espuma from Berliner Luft - surprising, light and perfectly suited to the occasion.
It was an evening full of encounters, energy and great design. We are proud that we were able to be part of this special night with our cuisine. Thanks to Carmen Chapev from iF International Forum Design GmbH for the trust.
