Full halls, full plates, full energy: for three days, the Mercedes-Benz Brand Experience Summit at STATION Berlin was all about brand staging, exchange - and good food. With more than 12.000 portions served, the event was a real tour de force. And exactly our thing.

 

Our Culinary Market concept provided the perfect setting: stylish food stations, changing menus and a mix of Urban Taste, PanAsia and our Green Corner. For two evening events and three full days, we dynamically adapted the food concept, produced it fresh and served it live.

The whole leg of beef attracted particular attention - roasted pink, carved on the spot and served with buttered dumplings and lukewarm garden beans. The vegan alternatives were in no way inferior: for example, the braised dong po eggplant with raw marinated beet and miso cream or our plant-based albondigas with papas arrugadas and mojo verde. The Cece Bowl was light, fresh and colorful with chickpeas, truffled spinach, ricotta, pomegranate and caponata.

For dessert, we served preserved strawberries with yoghurt mousse and caramelized butter brioche and a dome au chocolat made from Belgian Callebaut chocolate with mountain peach and oat crunch.

 

The biggest challenge? The pace. Ten thousand portions without a conveyor belt feel, with quality, speed and personality. Thanks to our well-coordinated team, efficient processes and genuine passion for our craft, we were able to support and help shape the culinary side of the event.
