The Tempodrom opened its doors for the Berliner Sparkasse 2026 annual kickoff. The guests gathered to exchange ideas and network, accompanied by an energetic atmosphere and inspiring cuisine.
At the flying service and food stations, we presented creative, easily accessible dishes that catered to all dietary preferences. The starters set the tone: sous vide cooked chicory with smoked ricotta and apple gel was paired with marinated young vegetables with pea hummus and malt crumble as a vegan alternative. Freshly baked tarte flambée with bacon and spring onions or with salmon and caviar invited guests to try them. The meat station offered Berlin veal meatballs with endive potato salad, truffle dressing, and port wine jus, as well as a vegetarian option.
The vegetable station surprised guests with stuffed Hokkaido pumpkin, bread dumplings, parmesan foam, and raw butternut salad, while the sliders at the burger station were filled with both shredded king oyster mushrooms and braised beef. The finale was Berliner Luft with raspberry and meringue, light, airy, and fresh, accompanied by juicy Black Forest fudge cake.
We would like to thank Berliner Sparkasse for their trust and partnership. An evening like this shows how culinary creativity, lively food stations, and an urban setting can come together and have a lasting impact.
