In September 2024, Berlin Cuisine supported Atruvia AG's CyberCrime conference at the Tempodrom in Berlin. This annual event brought together around 500 participants from the IT and banking sectors. Executives and experts discussed the latest developments and challenges in the field of cybercrime.
We developed the Cyber Crime Dinner for the exclusive dinner. A 4-course menu that was specially tailored to the theme of the conference.
The menu started with our firewall flavor starters: a fresh lamb's lettuce salad with pancetta, spiced pear and walnuts and a spinach salad with braised eggplant, pomegranate and salted almonds were the perfect prelude. The intermediate course, crypto-cryme, consisted of a creamy lemon risotto, refined with parmesan and fresh herbs. For the main course, we served braised beef under the title Binary-Beef, accompanied by truffled celeriac cream and baby leaf spinach. For vegetarians, there was an alternative with portobello mushrooms. The dessert, Cyber-Delight, rounded off the menu with a Dôme au Chocolat with pickled cherries, white chocolate crumble and honey cress.
A special highlight was our candy bar under the Dark Net Drug Store theme, which provided special moments with a selection of gummy bears, chewing gum cigarettes, liquorice and lollies.
We are delighted that we were able to take up the theme of the conference in culinary form with our Cyber Crime Dinner. We would like to thank Thomas Mitschele and the entire Atruvia team for the trust they have placed in us and the great cooperation we have enjoyed for the third year in a row.
