Our customer event took place at SAGE Berlin, right in the vibrant heart of Berlin, on the banks of the Spree. In this unique location, we wanted to thank our customers and partners for the excellent cooperation and present our Xmas food concept for this year.
Highlights included our “Frosted Fun” snowball - a tempting nitro snowball made from tender coconut mousse with pickled cinnamon plums and crispy coconut macaroon crumbles - and “Pine & Dine”, a taste experience with home-marinated salmon fillet, smoked over pine needles, and a crunchy Waldorf salad with fresh cranberries and fine lamb's lettuce.
The event not only offered culinary delights, but also a wonderful opportunity to celebrate in one of Berlin's most beautiful cultural locations. We look forward to sharing such special experiences with you in the future!
