At the “Let's get physical” networking event at CLINKER, guests from various industries gathered to exchange ideas, make contacts, and follow the exciting discussion on stage on the topic of “The Role of Space – in how we work and connect.”
We accompanied the evening with flying food that was surprising, playful, and full of flavor. The event kicked off with juicy cubes of Pomeranian beef, smoked live in juniper smoke and topped with beef jus. At the same time, we presented our sunflower, roasted sunflower root with a spicy garden herb emulsion, which surprised with its intensity and also impressed visually. Our interpretation of the scallop was both vegan and sophisticated: No Scallop II – a mushroom dish in its shell, served with dashi vinaigrette, preserved shallots, and leek oil. A highlight that delighted both guests with a plant-based diet and those who like to experiment.
Our Dragon Breath Popcorn provided a special wow moment: tossed live in liquid nitrogen, frozen at minus 196 degrees, it emitted steam from the nose when eaten, causing great amazement.
