STATION Berlin became the venue for an all-company meeting, where more than 1,900 guests were able to eat at our food stations throughout the day.

Under the motto Grab & Go Salty, we served Danish pastries with mountain cheese, tomato and basil pesto. We offered a food festival with poke bowls with sweet potato ceviche, pineapple, edamame and wasabi cream. There were also variations of pinsa such as fig & burrata or prosciutto & tomato. There was also Vietnamese banh mi with mushroom pâté, marinated poultry substitute, pickled vegetables and fresh herbs. And for those who wanted to recharge their batteries with something fresh, the vitamin filling station offered raspberry-blackberry or kiwi-lime smoothies, freshly squeezed orange juice, energy pops and fruit. For dinner, we went to different corners of the world, to Italy, for example, with lasagne al ragù and lasagne alle verdure. Or to Asia: dumplings with sweet chili sauce or rice vinegar mayonnaise. At the Heimath food station, we served sliders with braised beef brisket or a plant-based version with pulled organic chicken. And from our Airstream - our catering vehicle, a style icon from the 1960s - we served kebabs and celeriac kebabs, among other things.  Those who wanted to snack were offered a selection of different fruit gums, liquorice, lollies and sweets at our food station Berliner Späti.
