At STATION Berlin, we partnered with asembl.group, the global events group, to provide catering services for the Infrastructure Investor Global Summit over several days, ensuring delightful culinary moments throughout the day with a cohesive culinary concept.
The day began with a breakfast featuring freshly baked croissants, sandwiches with Italian vegetables and gremolata, and fresh fruit, while during coffee breaks, sweet and savory pastries, carrot cake, cheesecake, and our Ultimate Brownie provided a welcome respite.
Throughout the day, various food stations offered a diverse selection ranging from savory to international—from the Berlin Brisket Sandwich with bell peppers and truffle, as well as the vegan version with pulled mushrooms, to braised beef “El Ninjo” with crispy chili, salad, and jasmine rice, and a balanced alternative with pan-fried tofu.
Nordisc introduced a Nordic interpretation with Nordic Mash, where creamy mashed potatoes with marinated salmon, crème fraîche, beetroot emulsion, apple, horseradish, and dill created a delicate balance of freshness and depth. At the heart of the event was our 360-degree bar, which served as a central gathering spot with a selection of drinks and small snacks, offering space for conversation and connection, while the classic Berlin currywurst was served in both traditional and vegan versions as part of our new Steelrunner concept.
