125 years of Gesobau – Gala dinner at Motorwerk

25 years of Gesobau AG. An anniversary that calls for a special evening. 360 guests, festively decorated tables, and eager anticipation. We at Berlin Cuisine had the honor of organizing the gala dinner at Motorwerk, from the first appetizer to the last sweet bite.

 

The evening began with finger food and welcome drinks. Among other things, we served small veal patties with fine mustard mayo and fresh chervil, which made for the perfect start. Then the guests took their seats and the meal was served. A matured carrot, artfully presented with dashi, chervil salad, and roasted rapeseed oil emulsion. This was followed by tender Angus beef with velvety jus and spinach cream or, as a vegan alternative, aromatic pointed cabbage with goulash emulsion and potato cream.

 

The evening was rounded off sweetly with a dessert variation that invited sharing. Raspberry mousse in a glass, mango yogurt, stuffed dates in kataifi dough, brownies with walnuts, and macarons with lemon and poppy seeds, accompanied by a special musical moment: the band MIA as a surprise guest, a highlight that made the evening unforgettable.
