Audi Zentrum Berlin Charlottenburg presented the latest generation of the Audi A5 to 350 invited guests - and the toast was raised with a red signature drink, stylishly decorated with the Audi logo. For this special evening of elegance and innovation, we developed a food concept that picked up on Audi's striking color scheme: red and black ran through the design of the food stations and the flying menu - modern, energetic, surprising.

 

At the Beef Truffle Station, for example, we served pink roasted beef from a glass aquarium - coated in a fine truffle aroma and combined with truffled celery cream and marinated baby leaf spinach. At the Nordic Fish Station, Nordic salmon was carved live and combined with fruity beetroot salad, young potatoes and dill emulsion. We also served the Brisket Bowl with chipotle cream and crunchy corn and, as a vegan option, the Buddha Bowl with wild broccoli and red quinoa. Finally, guests were treated to an extraordinary dessert, including the Nitro Snowball: frozen live with liquid nitrogen, a “snowball” was created from mascarpone cream, with pickled cinnamon plums and crispy coconut macaroons. The spectacular preparation in the mist of nitrogen made for a special moment.
