For the evening with the premium brands AEG, Beurer, JURA, JURA Gastro, Kärcher, Liebherr and Miele, who jointly organized the “HEPT” roadshow in the Classic Remise, we developed a catering concept that perfectly matched the atmosphere and the occasion: high-quality, uncomplicated, attentive.
To kick things off, we served fine Simmental roast beef with roast potato cream, smoked trout with herb mousse and dill cucumber as well as a vegan wild herb salad with apricot and pumpkin seeds - pre-portioned in a glass, straight from the buffet. Precise in taste, visually strong. For the main course, there was a choice of three dishes: braised beef with celeriac and truffle, Havel pikeperch with fregola sarda and passion fruit or pointed cabbage with goulash emulsion - vegan, aromatic, balanced. Dessert was sweet and full of contrasts: Berliner Luft as espuma with raspberry, Death by Chocolate with brownie and mousse and a vegan opera dessert with almond and coffee. A selection that made the evening complete.
