At the largest industry meeting of the energy industry in June 2025, the focus was not only on dialog - we also made a culinary statement over 3 days with around 3000 guests.
Whether it was freshly squeezed OJ at our juice station, homemade BC Energy bars for a quick kick in between or fresh fruit and vegan croissants in the morning - we supported the flow of the event, from the first coffee to the last plate.
At prime time, there was variety at the highest level: chicken or celeriac kebab in flatbread, creamy Crete bowls, grilled prawns with fregola, pavlova with marinated berries or chocolate mousse with brownie. And roast beef and vegan flank steak sizzled alongside green asparagus and truffle espuma on our GIANT grill - all cooked live and to perfection.
