3,200 experts, two days full of visionary keynotes and groundbreaking technology - the ZEISS Quality Innovation Summit 2024 was more than just a conference. It was an experience. And we were able to accompany it with our Culinary Market.
The day started with freshly baked mini pretzels, croissants and a live cutting fruit station, where fruit was prepared right in front of the guests. Lunch was international: boiled beef with celeriac cream, albondigas with mojo verde, fjord salmon with braised cucumbers - each dish precisely coordinated, every detail to the point. Innovation also on the plate: plant-based tuna from Brandenburg, sweet potato ceviche with coconut dressing - fresh, surprising, full of flavor.
A real classic arrived for the sweet finale: our Airstream. This legendary silver caravan stands for adventure, freedom and iconic design. Here we served exclusive ice cream creations with creative toppings and a selection of classic Berlin cakes reminiscent of grandma's bakery: carrot cake, apple cake, poppy seed cake, Gugelhupf - served with whipped cream.
