It wasn't just the chocolate flakes that were branded with the Volvo logo - the zests, fine strips of citrus peel, were also branded. The TalkX Roadshow 2025 stopped off in four cities, and in Berlin we were able to provide culinary accompaniment to around 300 guests at the Motorwerk. Volvo Car Germany presented the new EX90 and XC90 premium SUVs - we provided the culinary accompaniment to the event.
At the reception, we served the signature drink “Mexican Dream”, while the flying service starters included roast beef salad, Thai salad with pickled salmon and a lamb's lettuce salad with pumpkin and pear. Complemented by Berlin currywurst with crispy potato chips. At the food stations, we prepared freshly tossed pasta with mushroom cream and herbs, braised beef shoulder with pointed cabbage and smoked duck breast with coleslaw and cranberry. Also on the menu: Havel pikeperch with albumin lentils, vegan Königsberger meatballs with caper sauce and a Buddha bowl with broccoli, quinoa and roasted almonds. To finish, dessert in a glass - including brownie with chocolate mousse, raspberry mousse with marinated berries and banana mousse with chocolate crunch.
