The SZ Wirtschaftsgipfel, organized by the Süddeutsche Zeitung, is considered one of the most important platforms for exchange between top politicians, leading business representatives and innovative thought leaders. As part of this summit, the “acht der Europäischen Wirtschaft” took place on November 22, 2022 at the Museum of Communication in Berlin.
 

Berlin Cuisine had the honor of accompanying this special evening with a tailor-made culinary concept. With a gala dinner that combined regional ingredients with international accents. The starter was the “Brandenburger Ei”: a baked egg on potato risotto, refined with truffle crisp and fresh chives. The main course consisted of slow-braised short rib of white ox, accompanied by yellow beet cream, young broccoli and a dark beer sauce. To finish, we served a tarte tatin with caramelized walnuts and drizzled vanilla sauce.
