The company's tenth anniversary was celebrated in style with 1,300 guests in the striking industrial architecture of STATION Berlin. While locations across Germany were connected via live stream, a smoky Texas spirit characterized the atmosphere on site. Between Airstream and food stations, participants encountered a modern American street food concept that brought the vibe of a road trip directly to the Berlin location.
The Dragon Breath popcorn was tossed live in liquid nitrogen, creating striking cold smoke effects and providing the first interactive highlight of the evening. Juicy burgers made from Pomeranian beef with coleslaw were served from the Airstream, while the Portobello burger with fried onions and coarse mustard was the vegan option. Freshly sliced beef brisket was served live from the smoker in burritos with chipotle cream, which alternatively provided a vegan option for plant-based enjoyment with pulled mushrooms. Freshly baked waffles on a stick provided a sweet finish. An all-time classic.
