At TRANSFORM 2026 at STATION Berlin, the digital economy gathered for one of the most important B2B events focused on transformation and innovation. With over 6,000 attendees, Bitkom sent a strong signal about the future of digital business models and processes. For two days, the focus was on networking, new insights, and forward-thinking ideas, accompanied by formats such as the Digital Sustainability Pitch and the Innovators’ Pitch.
In keeping with the event’s dynamic atmosphere, we opted for a modern, straightforward food concept that integrated flexibly into the daily event schedule and offered guests high-quality culinary experiences throughout. The focus was on versatile, internationally inspired dishes such as crispy Classic Wedges and Chili Cheese Wedges with spicy chili sin carne, jalapeños, and cheese sauce. The menu was complemented by quesadillas with cheese and jalapeños, as well as pasta with peas, basil, and shaved truffle.
The Heimath Bowl provided fresh and balanced elements with cucumber salad, braised sweet potato, marinated cherry tomatoes, roasted almonds, herb salad, lime dressing, and sautéed wild mushrooms. The result was a culinary concept that reflected the character of the conference and provided a delicious backdrop for the guests’ discussions.
