“When energy meets spirit!” – this motto was clearly evident at the exclusive kick-off event at Berlin's Fluxbau. And right in the middle of it all: our culinary concept in typical Berlin style.
The event kicked off with Berlin Bites in flying service – small, precisely composed bites with character. Meatballs with Pommery mustard, fine beef tartare on sourdough and chicory leaves with smoked plum set the tone for the evening. Then the Contemporary Berlin Market opened, a tribute to the city, how it eats and lives. Fine Königsberger meatballs, available in classic or vegan versions, and the celery kebab from Wedding with grilled celery, fresh cabbage, and yogurt sauce showcased the diversity of the capital. A bowl station provided fresh contrasts: poke bowls with salmon ceviche or sweet potato, pineapple, and crunchy vegetables. For a sweet finish, Kreuzberg Delights awaited – ayran soft ice cream with baklava and pomegranate, as well as the Nitro Cocoball, frozen live with nitrogen.
A culinary evening full of flavor, encounters, and Berlin flair – staged with passion and enjoyed down to the last detail.
